14th Annual Dia de Los Muertos Run: 5K Run/Walk
The 5K Run/Walk will take place Sunday, October 27, 2024 @ 8:30am. The Location will be at McAllister Park, Pavilion #2, (13298 Buckhorn Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247) Costume contest for the best Dia de los Muertos costume and many more surprises. Bring a friend, dress up for the occasion, run with us and stay for the Fiesta.

- In Mexico we celebrate “El Día de los Muertos” or “The Day of the Dead” every November 2, and it is believed that the deceased return for that one day to visit with their loved ones. This celebration is part of the Mexican culture and almost everyone honors the departed relatives. This race is dedicated to my dad, my grandma and all my friends who are no longer with us.
